Members of AZAC will develop various scenarios for the Focus Areas to be presented at a public AZAC meeting.

AZAC will identify by majority vote potential proposals per Focus Area which will be presented at an evening public input meeting in January of each year.

The public is encouraged to attend in order to provide comments on the proposals.

AZAC will review the comments received at Public Input Meetings and designate by majority vote a final recommendation for each of the Focus Areas.

The Superintendent and AZAC shall make a formal recommendation to the CCSD Board of School Trustees.
